I have never experienced the amount of disrespect and poor customer service ever. This is not a reflection of H&R Block this is a reflection of the particular accountant and the willingness to assist clients. The way I was spoken is not tolerated under any circumstances. I will continue to use H&R Block but never from this office. being told to hang up and shut up. Sorry but I will not and I will make sure that the public is aware not to attend this office and to go to the Wollongong office where they will assist and explain.
